Grief is not limited to bereavement. It can stem from a variety of sources — from losing a loved one to something as seemingly simple as relocating. But grief can last a long time and often manifests itself as depression or even suicidal thoughts. The person loses their flair for life.
Many people feel alone in their grief, believing they should be "over it" by now. I provide a safe, compassionate space where your grief is honoured, at whatever stage you are in.
