    About This Service

    Anxiety is one of the most common mental health challenges, yet it is also one of the most treatable. Whether you experience generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, or specific phobias, therapy can make a transformative difference.

    Anxiety can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to control your life. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you identify anxiety triggers, develop coping strategies, and reclaim your sense of calm.
